The
Moustafa Saad Charity Foundation believes that money
shouldn't stand in the way of the human being's educational
and cultural pursuit of knowledge and self - actualization.
Thus, it has given special attention to support distinguished
students in schools and universities.
Having more than 267
public and private schools, South of Lebanon is a very ripe
region to produce distinguished students. But as we all know,
South Lebanon suffers a lot of poverty among its people. Due
to economic, social, and different hardships, the families of
these students sometime can’t afford to pay for their
children, thus resulting in future unemployment, theft,
illiteracy, etc….

Scholarship Program is a very fundamental program that enables
the very poor distinguished students to have a brighter future
through our scholarships.
Choosing the students begins
with a very complicated research and survey. At the end of
each year, the 267 schools located in South Lebanon would send
us a list of the distinguished students of the year, with
their Grades Report, full address, and telephone number.
Phase I. The first application seeks a record
of the student's overall involvement in school and community
affairs as well as academic success and
employment.
Phase II. At a later phase our
specialized team of sociologists, psychiatrist, and teachers
would visit each one of the students and would make them fill
out an application that is necessary to study the case of the
students. Inside this application, we would stress on the
economical and social capabilities of the student and his
family. In other words, the worst the conditions are the
better the possibilities of that student getting awarded a
Moustafa Saad Charity Foundation Scholarship.
Phase
III. After the meeting of the board with the Moustafa Saad
Charity Foundation Scholarship committee, a decision would be
made regarding the beneficiary students. The amount of the
Scholarship would be decided due to the school the student is
enrolled to.
